SAP BASIS Transaction Code SM01
This transaction is used for the control of transaction code in case the business requires that the users who are authorized to carry the transactions are to be stopped temporarily.
You enter the transaction code as indicated in the picture FS00 and then press Enter key which lists it in screen

Clicking on the transaction and chose the button Lock/Unlock
to toggle as required.
